MEET THE FOUNDER
Jenna Rao, DPT
DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY · MINOR IN YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
Jenna Rao, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, brings clinical experience with Division I athletes — including football, lacrosse, and track & field at Ohio State — to a diverse athlete population of runners, HYROX competitors, CrossFit coaches, youth athletes and active adults.
Holete grew from her own experiences with overtraining, injuries, and identity in sports, alongside what she witnessed working with athletes and patients. These experiences shaped a vision for training the whole person, developing the body, mind, and heart together.
Train Whole. Train with Purpose. Train for Life.
Through coaching, education, and shared pursuit, training becomes more than performance. It becomes a practice of discipline, stewardship, growth, and most importantly enjoyment.
